Tracey Yoxall Contract Manager
I have been in the training industry for over 20 years now. I started out in the Care Sector training Auxiliary Nurses and assisting them to gain their qualifications within the nursing home environment. I then moved into the training world! I have worked for a few training providers, delivering qualifications from Customer Service (soft skills) to Assessor/ Quality Assurance/ Management level 7 & CIPD level 5 qualifications. I then moved into Quality assurance roles, providing support and guidance to meet the required standards. I have managed various teams from Assessor/Tutor/IQA/Resources to Project Management. As part of my management roles, I am the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
In my spare time I enjoy walking, swimming and dancing, I used to be a Ballroom and Latin American teacher, and I am currently learning Cuban Salsa!
Kelly Seymour Administrator
Having worked in Admin for over 25 years, Kelly has spent most of that time working in Education and Training. Spending 14 of those years as part of the Careers Service working with school leavers and NEET’s, helping them find their way at the beginning of their working life, then she moved onto working in Further Education helping unemployed people train to get back into work after a period of absence.
I really enjoy helping learners and making a difference in their life. As part of SBA I feel that I can do this by supporting the team and ensuring everything runs as smoothly as can be.
